Mid Carolina Psychiatry
Mid Carolina Psychiatry is a full service, after-hours, private pay psychiatric practice located in the Cotswold area of Charlotte, NC. Currently, we are one of the few private psychiatric practices in the area that offer a full range of adult psychiatric services on the weekends and after hours. We work to accommodate our clients as we are aware that clients often have busy schedules particularly during the week.

Complete initial intake and assessment materials from the comfort and privacy of your own home. We work to limit the need for completion of cumbersome paperwork in office.
Our Team
Keith Logan, MD
Dr. Logan has been in general adult psychiatric practice for over 20 years. He is a board certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in private practice and community mental health settings. Dr. Logan’s particular area of interest is in the area of mood disorders. He received his medical training at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and remained in the D.C. area to complete his Psychiatry Residency at Georgetown University. He has practiced exclusively in the Charlotte area since 2006.
Leslie Rice, LCSW/MSW
Leslie Rice began working in the mental health field as an eager undergraduate in 1998. She has always felt an intense desire to help others navigate life’s ups and downs. As an undergraduate, she completed a Bachelor of Psychology in 2000 and completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work in 2002.
Leslie has worked in a variety of clinical settings including psychiatric hospitals, jails and private practice. Her areas of expertise include Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution- Focused Therapy. She also received additional training in autism service provision in Chapel Hill with psychologist Dr. Geraldine Dawson, in a modality known as the Early Start Denver Model.
As a clinician, Leslie is skilled at drawing from a variety of perspectives and clinical approaches. Her relaxed demeanor puts clients quickly at ease and her commitment is solely to helping others experience all the joy that life has to offer.
